The International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL) will receive different treatment in the United States now that President Obama is in charge.

By Executive Order, the President is “designating Interpol as a public international organization entitled to enjoy certain privileges, exemptions and immunities.”

Obama’s Executive Order authorizes Interpol to operate outside of the constraints of the U.S. Constitution.

INTERPOL declares itself the world’s largest international police organization and that it facilitates cross-border police co-operation, and supports and assists all organizations, authorities and services whose mission is to prevent or combat international crime.
